Sonic character i never heardlets go

Now ain't this a blast from the past, you'd have to watch pretty far into SonicX to even know who this guy is. Poor Cosmo's dictator father bent on destroying all life that isn't plant based. Shame he wouldn't be much of a father, maybe he would have seen the immense inner strength Cosmo had, as well as actually forging a good relationship with his kin instead of throwing them away. if he did his downfall might have been averted, as well actually being a decent sapient being instead of a villainous stereotype.

This guy would make an awesome model kit
