Some OC art featuring Astrid and Vex, two original characters of mine. Vex is a vampire who appears mean on the outside, but is actually caring and responsible. On the opposite end you have Astrid. While she seems nice on the outside, she skilfully hides her obsession with causing obscene amounts of carnage with her elemental magic, all just to see some pretty lights.

Despite their differences, they've been best friends ever since Astrid discovered Vex as a feral beast in a cave, and brought her up to the surface. Ironically Vex ended up becoming smarter and more responsible than her, but that's besides the point.
