This is Ashley Akabana, Zedryk Lidoffad's adopted sister and the troublemaker-slaying queen of disguise. She has tan skin, wavy red hair, a dark red trenchcoat, and black underclothes.
She used to be the leader of the Pink Star Angels and surrendered her Sailor Scout powers to gain her own unique superpower. She became the warrior of love, Cutie Foxy.
She also has the ability to fly and attack troublemakers with her Toxic Flare, which will give Skunk Syndrome to anyone that it hits!
