“Who do you think will win now, Galactic Knight?” the attacker scoffed. The words of the Galactic Knight’s opponent barely registered with the knight as he lay on the floor of watchtower. He squinted his eyes to force his vision to clear. His hand tightened on the grip of the axe. When he had first taken it up and became a Galactic Knight, he had sworn an oath to defend his plant against all invaders. They were the Orion Outpost...the last line of defense for their people. They could not afford to be defeated. The Galactic Knight rolled to his knee, “We will defend our people,” he said between clenched teeth drawing the longer staff portion of his divisible blade behind him, “You will not defeat us!”
