I don't know why your illustration makes me feel so sad, I think it's because it reminds me of Chiara Bautista's illustrations, or maybe it's just crows that cause that effect on me... I love the concept and the ornaments on the cage. Good luck!

This is my entry for Jazza’s contest: Isolation
I drew based on a problem with today world: an individual is discriminated and hated just because they’re… different from others. There’s nothing wrong about being different. Everyone has their own shade of color on this world, and deserves to be unique
It was hard for me as first because I didn’t have any proper idea for it. I’ve passed many failed attempts as for building ideas. I started with humans, but none of the ideas stood out to me, and apparently I thought about crow, so why not adding crows in the painting?
I tried a new painting style this time, it’s still on development so it was a risky so make an actual contest entry with this style, but it came out nice and I pretty proud of it

I love the metalwork details on the cage! They're so neatly rendered and uniform. That gives it a very realistic feel. Nicely done!
