decided to draw the mascot guy for the sega channel service lol, sega pat just feels like the definition of 2d 90's clipart to me and because of how cool i think he is i decided to draw em lol

very proud of how this came out, not just the shading and effects but also my more experimental thing with the shaded color outlines
