Top picture is of the classic TIE Fighter. Bottom picture is a version from the Legends continuity (specifically, the video game X-Wing Alliance). It's called the TIE Experiment M1, also known as the TIE Bizarro (can you guess why?)
TIEs are from Star Wars, which currently belongs to Disney (unfortunately). As fanart, no copyright infringement is intended.
