Needs more practice

Anatomically this sketch is wrong in many ways. The first blaring flaw I noticed was how small her right arm is compared to the rest of the body. Her boobs seem really off. If you take out the lines from the top of them if would look more natural. Also, the texture you put for her hair just doesn't look good. The shine should not be blotches, but more streamlined and smooth.

Overall, I think you should look into anatomy and proportions of the body before you start tackling the anime style. Despite all this, I do like the outfit you gave her though.

the problem with newgrounds and the art portal is that once you start looking at other peoples art there are usually two thoughts. Either a) "Damn, If I was a fifth as good as that guy is i wouldnt have to work any more," and b) "WTF IS THIS, THIS FUCKING SUX, I COULD DRAW SOMETHING BETTER THEN THAT WITH A PENCIL SHOVED UP MY ASS." You're obviously a). Good job dude ;)

sketch art usually dont get high score but GOOD sketch art do
the only thing that bite me is the highlights and the hair texture,,,its a bit too rough and the highlight dosent seem tobe placed right...also they are not wide enough...usually highlight cover wide areas , like around the temple for example, the first hair curl is okay but then the highlight should follow on the second hair patch and on to the next ...circling around the head...

thats kinda my opinion, feel free to experiment.
