-The anomaly would proceed as follows the victim would get a disk with the words sonic written on it in marker.

-The player would get a sudden urge to insert it into their pc's disk driver or practically any hooked up gaming console that has disk insertion if the player doesn't have one then they would forcefully find one with the only thought in there mind now becoming to "insert the disk".(if there is none then the thoughts would eventually stop but they'd still have the disk although their best option at this point would be to destroy it or get rid of it.)

-now when the disk is inserted the game would start up the events of sonic.exe would begin except there's no blood on sonic himself however his eyes will be gone.

-You play through the game as regular instead of hill usual track playing its just a slowed down green hill theme you'd reach "sonic.exe" but his eyes aren't even closed, he's smiling showing red teeth, and turned towards the players character.

-instead of the next level being hide and seek it would be one called 0 the floor would be a checkered black and red one but the regular chase sequence would commence. Multiple Floating Tails would be facing at the screen from the background when you run by none of them would have eyes.

-you cant run would be called 1 it instead would have a blue and white checkered floor you'd walk through the level only for the game to stop half way through to very cheesily flash the word souls on the screen. Leading to the "attempting to fight off sonic.exe" thing but its just knuckles standing there facing away from the screen.

-and then skips to the next and final stage the one with egg man its the staircase level but for some reason it wasn't even named in the zone title card, in the background would be a sky of orange instead of a wall and then he'd see the entity posing weirdly soon a chase sequence would begin inexplicably begin but instead the screen would become more and more distorted the more you progress at the end of this chase there'd be no way out as the screen ended there

-the monitor/tv used would shut off before any random small house item would like a plushie would proceed to turn into something monstrous and kill the player soon after.

-the entity that replaces sonic.exe is empty there's nothing inside of it

Probably will make more art for this and remake this sheet cause it don't look too good.
