Favorites indeed!

Those two girls are certainly my favorites...

Avatar: The Last Airbender was one of my favorite Nicktoons. I loved it's original and impressive world; it's mythology; music and lore. But my favorite thing about it were the characters. Aang was likeable; Katara was amazing; but and Iroh was my hero. However, there were two female characters that grew on me: Toph and Ty Lee. I loved Toph's attitude, character arc, and how capable she was as a earth-bender (not to mention pretty!); Ty Lee was one of the characters that despite her few appearences, I truly enjoyed watching. She was funny, kind (despite being one of "the bad guys"), and playful (not to mention sexy!). I am very happy to see your take on both girls; they look as good and beautiful as ever!

My favorite thing about this illustration is the coloring. It's crisp, eye-catching and wonderful. The girl's hair look bright and well modeled; and I like how you detailed every part of it. You can see the hairlines! I also like the details on the girl's clothes.The textures are amazing; especially on Ty Lee's skimpy outfit, but I also like how you made each girl have their own clothing preference, particularly how Ty Lee's is red and more "enticing", while Toph's is more rowdy (I like her belt on this one) and yet how it is still eye-popping and attractive.

The girl's expressions are delightful; you managed to do very expressive eyes and smiles. It is as if they're giving us a teasing, playful look. My favorite expression would be Toph's.

And last but not least, I really like how you kept the signature Avatar character design, and yet how you mashed it up with your style. Ty Lee and Toph look incredible; and I think that you made each girl justice.

All in all, this is one amazing Avatar tribute, featuring two of my favorite Avatar heroines. Great work Reit!
