These chaps are playing FATAL I think, which will always be the worst tabletop RPG created. I have no idea why they have chosen FATAL. It is a game of pedantry and casual atrocities.
Nothing as atrocious as the math though! :D

I like to think in their universe FATAL was competently made or the DM just took FATAL and made it actually work.
