Hey humans! So remember the last uploaded piece? Yeah, it was just a few minutes ago.
Anyway, I decided, a week later, to make a villain of the same universe. Now instead of making him truly evil, since the hero seems to have a slight evil air around her, I decided to make him kind of silly, with the over the top evil laugh and all.
