This is Emerae Fhaema, a character of mine. To put a long story short, she's from a fantasy setting I've been writing.
Those symbols there are from a language I've been writing for the past few years. When I originally drew this artwork, the language's writing system worked a bit differently, so I had to adjust her dialogue a bit to update that.
