I've yet to fully warm to the Paradox Pokémon - so far the concept seems a bit weird and underdeveloped, plus I can't say that I like a lot of their designs. But this piece is wonderful, the glowing eyes make it seem oddly intense. Well done!

I wanted to make a render of one of my favourite paradox pokémon, Flutter Mane!
I made the model, rig and animation in Blender, and the textures in Substance 3D Painter.

one of the best pokemon out there! would be a cool VR model with the hair fronds being movable along with your hands
