She believes beauty in general doesn’t have standards and that society puts too much weight of its people and the value of beauty and what makes something “beautiful”. People should be able to wear what they want if it makes them feel beautiful and that’s what matters in the end. Guess that’s just another reason why she loves Nightfall because they share that similar belief. But he is more the type to be free with his clothes choices when no one is watches and Lu does it in public. She makes a statement that she does not care what society think and shouts it from a mountain. And just wants nightfall to be the same way and doesn’t understand why he had to hid it. Nightfall’s clearly comfortable wearing dresses and skirts around Lu but as soon as a trip to the park is mentioned he has to change to jeans and a T-shirt.
