The Rumlika crews relation whit the natives was a neutral affair, they did not want to start a fight whit the savage horde who had natural carapace that matched kevlar and teeth that could tear it.

The tribes didn't all of the context for what had brought the Rumlika to their planet, all they knew that the off worlders were pushed to cruel tactics fight them.

As for the Rumlika they see them self's as the arbiters of violence, for they see their purpose as the guardsmen of the universe. They take the burden of war as they have the discipline to end them, so arming a citizen is a violation of their code and the suggestion of defying it has the struggling crews loyalty split. The occupation had elevated the sense of survival above duty and bucking order for the sake of preservation crossed the fleet leaders mind as the line between ally and a trator blurred to a gradient.

A hand was extended to the former slaves of the off worlders and the hand offered a gun.

(It be finnnaly here. I cut like 80% of the stuff I wrote as I thought it sucked and was droning on about the crew more than the tribes that this image is about. It still does but less so. Was a fun experiment tho, I will stick to small flavor text in the future. Also this is the most dynamic pose I have done so far.)
