When reading English novels, I often see the technique of italicizing words. I thought they were very cool and decided to try to incorporate them into my own work. However, I am an English learner and I know I cannot write like a professional writer forever. If you have any good ideas, please let me know.

I think you did great at it. It's used for causing emphasis on words.

Precipitation24 responds:

Thank you!! I would like to use italics in my comics in the future!

as an american citizen, i can say, english is pretty fucking stupid
like why have C sound like an S but only under certain circumstances?
sick drawing tho, the girl on the left kinda took kfc's "finger licking good" too far

Precipitation24 responds:

I love that phrase too! Coincidentally, I remember a Japanese YouTuber saying "I don't know why, but my fingers are happy" when holding a freshly made fried chicken from KFC.
Also, I think English is very "logical" language! If you learn Japanese, you will understand.

Very cute, though the term "race" is being used incorrectly, I believe. Men aren't a separate race from women, as we're both Homo Sapiens.

Precipitation24 responds:

Thank you for letting me know! I corrected it immediately. This is totally an excuse, but the mistake is caused by a slight difference between race and 人種.
