Title is self-explanatory, it's Rei Ayanami from Neon Genesis Evangelion as a cat furry. Made this last year, around October IIRC. Awesome anime, watch it if you haven't already (and skip the fucking rebuilds). Too bad the fandom is an absolute cesspool, but whatever. Not actually a big fan of this character, didn't think she was too likable or interesting (compared to the rest of the cast), but I always thought her design was really cool. No wonder she's the poster child of probably the entire anime industry.
