Dieter does actually have powers but I've only drawn it once or twice, It's basically shooting lasers from his fingertips!
After he loses his eye his accuracy isn't very good, so he impliments summoning prisms to multiply his range, Therefore he wouldn't need to be accurate to hit someone :D
