Coincidentally I was watching a final boss compilation of Megaman X series and this person reminds me of Sigma from Megaman X5.

thanks! im really happy to know people liked ipd contracts despite being a simple and short game. Im still working on more sprites for energy seekers and maybe in the future we will make an expansion for ipd contracts
