Logo i made in microsoft paint and edited in microsoft powerpoint. i dont remember how i made the background really.... i think i used the spraypaint tool to make some random design in black and white. then copied and pasted it down over and over. then recolored the sections. then used the custom selector tool thing to select a big scribble and move it slightly . then bring it into powerpoint, slap on the logo, and make it all just shades of blue. then back into paint and brighten up the logo. called it rugged because the background look pretty rough and originally like it was just shrubbery. i dont know how thats rugged but it sounded right to me
