Here we have Alice in her later years.
She became her family's spirit medium as her late great grandma was. The reason she took the role was because her great grandma, whose name was Alice, foretold the future and stated that her daughter (current Alice's mother) will have a daughter, whom will take her name and place. Thus, Alice was born into this world as the old Alice passed away. After hearing this, she devoted her later years to become a spirit medium, in her great grandma's honor. Maybe one day she'll be able to contact her great grandma's soul!
