Newgrounds doesn't just have games or movies, but art too! I have reason to believe you were probably looking for a game but somehow found yourself in the Art Portal by accident. This is where artists display their artworks, hence why this is "just a image". If you want just games specifically, you'll have to navigate to the Games Portal, which is easily accessed via the "Games" tab at the top middle-left of the screen.
If you were looking for films from one of the many talented animators on the website, however, well the "Movies" tab has you covered in that regard.
If you're confused as to why I recommended a game in the description of my art here, but there was no game in sight, that's because the text in the description is actually a link that leads to the steam store page of the game this art is based on. You can find the game there, and purchase it if you're interested.
