There are plenty of voice actress on this site. I am sure one of them will do it.

The tiny animation i made of her will be expanded in a few weeks and posted here to watch in full video quality, but i need a voice actress for Chichi, only then i can finish it, in the meantime here's one frame i created as a pinup artwork.
The eyes are different than in the animation due to my own limitations, since the body anything but the facial features were a single picture already done as a separate artwork then pasted as a background on a different animation workfile and everything else, including the background and the eyes and mouth animation were drew frame by frame on keyfram animation layers.
