I really hope I did well
i have a small tablet bad for drawing on and no stylus

The pokemon mashup shown here is mostly Dragonair with design qualities of a Vaporeon. While Dragonair wasn't a water based pokemom, Vaporeon's description was that it could basically live underwater for as long as it wanted due to it's cell makeup being mostly water so i gave it a deep sea vibe. Dragonair's description entailed that the orbs it had and body could glow from the energy built up inside it that when released could cause the weather to change which is why i made the body and orbs give off the faint glow especially so on the one on it's chest and the side and tail fins. I thought these two together would be fitting considering the makeup looked like a Lochness monster and both had a description tied to te weather. i hope you like it :) this was definitely fun and challenging for my first time entering this type of challenge, so thank you for having me!
