Honestly? Mood. I literally know nothing about touhou apart from the fact that it dominates Nico Nico Douga and it's fanbase is so talented there are literal bands dedicated to remixing music from it. Either way reading description's of the touhou games and it's characters from the fans is always like listening to someone speak a different language.

Really nice shading! Funnily enough, I love the nose. I think I'm the only person out there that likes anime girls with noses...

Thanks. I try to lean into a semi-realistic style, so when drawing fanart of heavily-stylized characters (typically anime), adding the nose typically presents a challenge. Still probably needed a bit more time, but I'm glad it worked out
