In an effect to become a greater part of the art community I'm going to start posting here in addition to my DA and Tumblr.

I also found out the hard way that unfortunately NG has a limit on image resolutions.

So I had to crop it. It hurt.

I had to make adjustments because as I painted i noticed the subject was male and I just don't particularly like drawing/painting males.

Things wrong with the image:
It's dark ( can't really tell things apart )
The Diretionality of the character is unclear or confusing
It strays far from the reality of the subject
The background looks stupid and is only similar in shape to the background of the original image

I'll takes steps to fix these in the future.
