This is Evangeline, a Goetia related to Andras, a Marquise Goetia. She is a Snowy Owl because she is related to one of the Snowy Owls in the show, Fillmore, who knocked up his sister in my headcanon. Fillmore is a businessman who sells Emotion Potions, which are human emotions in a bottle and he gets a huge profit from doing so, he became a successful businessman. And so, using an Asmodeus crystal, due to shady business trading between Asmodeus and the Goetians, she inherited the gemstone to travel from Hell to the human realm to get unsuspecting victim's emotions for their business. But when she is not doing that, she instead streams video games from the human realm she buys for a quick profit as well, but also to keep her from not getting kicked out of her house by her Uncle Fillmore.
