I love the look of this one, its not hard to tell you put some good work into it. Between the detail on Soapy herself, the rumple on her clothing, and the flow of the water, everything just feels right here. Probably my favorite piece from you so far.

So like in the lore of your own little universe, is Soapy an urban legend? Like has a teen or something gone down into the sewers as like, a dare or just cause they were bored and seen her?
I kinda like this idea. Tbh Soapy is probably the least developed next to Splodge. The only "lore" I have on her is she's a fish girl living with a colony of rats (which is why she squeaks to communicate). I might do something like what you're talking about with her.. we'll see
