As practice with drawing Hatterene, here's a pic of one with a Hypno. This Hatterene had some bad things written about her, and Hypno is trying to help her feel better.
Pokedex entries are notorious for having unreliable, contradictory, or straight-up bogus information. Many Pokemon have been branded with bad reputations because of these, with the Hatterene family being some of them.
Hmmm judging from what you made, you despise the Pokédex yes?
