Is this an actual comic that can be read somewhere, or just the cover done as a concept?

This looks like it would make for a interesting comic. Like maybe, CG has a rivalry with someone, presumably the guy on the cover. Where even though she can beat just about anyone else in any game. She can’t beat this one guy. Leading to the two making constant bets. Where the guy ends up winning and getting what he wants. Until one day CG finally gets a W over the guy. And claims what she won. I feel like the guy would make sexual ir lewd bets with CG to embarrass her and get his rocks off later. While CG makes bets that otherwise are fairly tame and reserved. Showings how much she really indent used to lewd things. Until that one day she finally wins and asks for something sexual or lewd in return.
