Diego River, also known as Sobaka,

A soldier and prisoner of Augustus Kronos (Anti). He was found on Earth 02, a stormy and snowy planet. Diego had a dog named Tobby, his only companion on the lonely planet. The Watchers, Anti's military, found him in his cabin and put him in a cage. Leaving Tobby to be left behind, alone on the snowy planet. Over the years Diego was to be experimented on until he felt the cold embrace of being one of the Watchers. Now one of Anti's best-performing experiments and hunters, Diego is a great weapon that is still being built upon.

He doesn't wear lots of clothes unless he is going out into combat. Having to remove everything constantly would be too much as he is still being studied. Though in the future he will get a designed uniform, I just wanted to focus on his build, attitude, and of course, Tobby.

Tobby,

A black-coated Shiloh Shepherd owned by Sobaka. Sobaka only wished for one thing in return, the presence of his beloved Tobby. The one who took care of him as he lacked a family since he was a kid. It took years to recover Tobby's body. Once she was found, she was restored by Watcher Scientists.
