Augustus Kronos,
a world dictator and "accidental experiment" when an unknown organism attacked him. He is from Earth 06, and currently runs one of the most dangerous organizations.
He is tall, standing at 7 ft. He often covers his mutations as he doesn't fully control them but is learning how to control the parasites every day. He has to feed them, keeping them at bay by eating "wasteful" prisoners he imprisons at his organization. There are days where it looks rather normal, only scarring where the parasites infect the most (like his face, his chest). On other days it is more active, showing most of the infection.
The parasites don't seem to be contagious so far, as he works with a lot of people.
