I'd like to thank LittleLuckyLink for the feedback! Thanks to them now I remember I can upload gifs in the Art Portal (yes, I'm a little new here-) and now I'm playing with the smoothing options for the brush tool in Flash. I also feel a little more confident posting this here than in the Animation Portal.
So yeah, this is just Bandana Dee stretching (? I finished it yesterday's afternoon when I got something like an energy rush (after like a year)
