Fair point. Part of the difficulty I had was that I was using the lightning flash generated by the swing as the primary light source. It's illuminating everything in the area pretty much equally. Plus the monster's fleshy bits glowing that sickly green...I was experimenting and that was hard to balance.

I could probably have made things easier to read with a different camera angle, but I'd've lost the character focus in the process. I'll bear it in mind for the future, though.
