a few weeks back, i drew a funky little sketch of a person with questionable anatomy, then decided to revisit it and use it as an excuse to do a background study and play with VHS effects in GIMP
the background is inspired by the kids park in Fire Trouble on Nyanta's Birthday, a fire safety PSA from the 80s
