Strong pixel art. I really like the rollerblades she's wearing, the lighting in contrast to the city in the back is wonderous. So nice I ought to have said it twice. Though humorously from a distance I've mistaken her lips to be a mustache. You have also done a great job with how nice her hair looks. Shego does not get enough love, though the some that do wish that she would step on them.
