DIO’s OVA theme implements the melody of the opera Nessun Dorma, and prominently includes the chant “All'alba Vincero”, meaning “At dawn, I will win”
There is such a bitter irony in that line being so notable in the theme song of a vampire, because.. at dawn, the rising sun would kill him. Thus, he can never win.
