Another Character design update for an OC of mine, not over a decade old this time but not much younger either. Revril’s a rather renown character as one of the original High-Rulers, a group of significant leaders who Lead the earliest known era of my lores history. While he appears both regal and stoic, Revril has proven to be intelligent yet prone to his own emotional investment, but his shortcomings have instead earned the trust of others who value him both in his prime, and long, long after
