What I Imagine is

A wizard attempted some sort of transforming spell, and it all went wrong.... Anyhow I love the art. The only few tid bits that make it a 9 are that the front wing/leaf thing white shine outling stands out much more than wherever else has the same outling, and it makes the wing very focused. Also coming across the left side of the lip theres a line that comes across and I don't know what it is. I don't know if its a part of the facial feature but I dont think it needs to be there. In addition the ending of the tail seems alot different compared to the body. Anyways don't mind my critism you did an amazing job.

can't really say I've seen anything like this before. Maybe in Alice in Wonderland?

Either way. I like it. the creature looks freaky as hell, it's really well-drawn and complex. The attention to deail is quite astonishing. I especially love the shading you've done, and the texture you've added to the carcass.
