October 15th 1991- Susanne Walker was found dead from an apparent homicide. Forensic investigators noted the decomposition levels were abnormally high, with a large number of common earthworms at the scene. 3 days after the body was discovered and removed from the scene, an emergency call was placed to authorities. Upon investigation it was found that the worms had returned, holding the shape of her face like a grotesque mask.
