Crazy Cakes!
This is awesome! It reminds me of the stickers on super smash bros brawl. lol. :S
the simple shading style is really cool too!
Ok then! Here's a new drawing for today.
This is Miguel. Another one of my original characters.... and he's about to fall on his face.
Are we seeing a pattern?
I've been doing this thing everyday where I try to draw a character and try to express what kind of person they are with 1 drawing.
Tomorrow will be someone else. Haven't decided yet.

pretty cool!
i like the pose and nice perspective :)
good job!
I like it.
There's a smooth free-falling motion (as was the point.) It's cool to see that you're churning out characters on Newgrounds a little more often. Once again, a change up with the eyes, and the hands are pretty expressive in their own right. All in all, a very comfortable piece to look at.
And I really can't give a deeper thought then what Jak put out.
Thanks!
I like this one a lot more than the last two.
Kind of ironic, considering I didn't use a reference to do this one. The other two I did.
You know...my favorite artist Danny A.
once told me (via: email) that allot of artist actually envision themselves or a part of themselves through all of their characters - male or female characters.
All the Ed's in his cartoon series are actually "minorities" of himself. Yes - Ed being Mentally Spacious, Edd being Inquisitive, and Eddy being a cocky know it all.
Would you say you do that for yourself and all your characters?
And so far - I'm seeing a set pattern of character personalities about you perhaps?
Isabela - you tend to become disheartened at times.
Mercedes - you tend to be haughty to those who are unpleasant towards you.
Miguel - if all is right with your world, even self humiliation does not defer your happiness.

A nice and pleasant drawing. A lovable oaf to say the least. I get the impression that he is full of heart.
Wow. Kudos to the acknowledgement. It's very flattering that you noticed!
Yes, they all do share a bit of my own self in them. Perhaps not as you think, but they do.
When creating a character, you make them relatable. Who else better to relate them to than yourself? You don't know anyone else better than yourself. A bit of my friends are also in each of them. College is a great place to meet a lot of various and interesting people which can help out a lot with character development.
Thanks for the comment! I'm glad you like it!
