No further source of classified details, specimen only appears at night with no sense of movement or attack towards non hostile species, humans, animals etc. Anomaly only watches citizens wandering at exact 12pm midnight.

Structure: humanoid figure, no arms, no legs, glowing white eyes
Hostility: no records of violent behaviour
