for a while a few months ago i was really on a Mario Kart Wii streak, mostly out of nostalgia. because of that, i decided to make the blue shell piece and this pow block piece cause both of them are items from said Mario Kart game. anyways, i'm proud of how this one turned out, especially the "blinking back into existence" part
