This is my eldritch abomination son, the Demopede. The name came from the fact that the head almost looks like that of a Demogorgon's and also it's a giant centipede god.

Its face appendages latch onto whatever body part and traps it with its oval-shaped suction cups. The suctions cups then push out spikes onto the body part, impaling it before injecting deadly poison to not only paralyze the victim, but make them suffer. The victim will convulse and bleed out from any orifice in their body (yes, even from the dick), foaming at the mouth. After rigor mortis finally sets in, the 'eye' located in the middle of its face will open up. The Demopede then swallows you whole.

It is very good at climbing, as it uses its long body and many legs to clutch onto poles and platforms.

You'd have to be some lucky sucker for it to not kill you. It is highly carnivorous, but prefers beings with higher consciousness (such as humans and mayhaps alien lifeforms).
