This is part of My Disney Villain Recast Project! Where I'll be taking numerous villains from all over the place and dressing them up as various Disney Villains they fit as, All throughout The month!
Today It's Dark Laser (Fairly Odd Parents) as Emperor Zurg (Toy Story/Buzz Lightyear)
The reason I picked Dark Laser should be pretty obvious...he and Zurg are Both Darth Vader Parodies. But to their credit they have enough unique features and personality traits that make them their own Characters as well. They can Both be serious threats or be comedic foils (Though for Zurg, he seems to learn more on the Serious stuff and being competent side then DL.) And it also unknown if they are robots or just guys in suits.
Anyway the drawing was kinda Tricky to do, What with both characters being quite complex in designs, But it was kinda fun to decide which of Zurg's features to put on DL. When it came to coloring I had to use a Symmetry tool to get DL's Design right, since the original drawing was uneven (One side was thicker then the other)
And while I don't hate the final product, I think it ended up simply looking like Zurg if he was in the FOP style, Rather then DL dressed like Zurg. Ah well...At least I didn't force anybody to pay me $200 Unlike Butch.

Wooah the red and purple tones at the bottom kinda hurt the eyes on this one no? And the glow... but great form.

Well, that’s just Zurg’s Color palette, can’t really do much about that.
