Day 30 - Head of the Draconic Department
This is last Head I’m drawing for this Spooktober! Obviously this isn’t all of the Leaders but I might make design them later. Let me introduce Concordia Temedius, a half human half dragon working under Nightingale Institute to help many dragons who need care. She’s also helps the transformation potions involving Dracons is safe to be used, dealing with Draconic creatures, and making sure all draconic creatures have a safe place to stay! I wanted to give her a fantasy/steampunk kind of design. She helps tend to many dragons and help them in any way she can. In her eyes, “Dragons aren’t pets, they are companions. They’re even family.” I hope you guys enjoy this day.
