Vanessa from the King of Fighters series. Actually drawing this was a painstaking process, as I'm still learning my program....VERY disorganized. However, still happy with how this turned out. Also, this image was a reference to a Hiroaki illustration. I like the idea of her lounging with only her suspenders on.
