I see the work that was put into this but there is somethings wrong with the anatomy and composition.
Push their chests closer together and make them hold one another closer to add some nice layering. When lines just touch one another they tend to flatten the image. I like what you are doing with the texture and line quality though so keep that up! ^^
To improve the faces I think you could exaggerate the snout and nose while making their chins smaller and reducing the volume on their bottom lips similar to a real cat. This will (I think) make them look more feminine and give the head more interesting situate.
I hope that this is useful advice. I really like the work still but there are maybe just a few things keeping it back. Keep it up ^w^!!!
