Story : Even after the fall of the USSR and socialistes republics, some persons still believe in the Lenin's philosophy. They consider the communism as the solution only if others countries don't sabotage the revolution. This cartel appeared in Russia after the Red Revolution in 2130 of Earth year to rebuild the Soviet Union. When the planet become too small to import the socialism, the Nomenklatura decided to conquer others planets. Their first conquest will become their main planet after the destruction of Earth. Since, they try to extend their Federation but failed to conquer Mokovin. Strange thing : without real reason, a cold war began with Amerindia. Freedom against socialism, who believed this conflict will appear again?

Government : Totalitarism. The First Comrade has all the powers of the state and decides who live and who die. The Nomenklatura takes care of the cases when the First Comarde doesn't have time or doesn't want to work but every decision need his agreement.

Army : Their main force is composed of strong tanks, like the Stalin and the Hammertank. It corrects their poor infantry made by regular troops and conscripts who fight without weapons if the material is not enough.

Flag : The red symbolises the Revolution on Earth then in the space. The hammer and the sickle are symboles used on Earth to represent the communism. The stars represent the main parts of the societies : First Comrade and Nomenklatura, army, socialist ideologists, clerks, workers and peasants.

This flag was simple to made: just took the Soviet symbol and stars to make a mix between USSR and China.
